At Manggalla each of our business divisions is composed of teams from different departments. COMPENSATION

Manggalla wishes to reward and motivate our employees. Therefore, we apply a great deal of time and effort ensuring that our people are compensated generously throughout their careers with us.

Your compensation will be reviewed annually and usually consists of a salary and discretionary bonus compensation, which is determined by the firm’s performance, departmental performance, and individual performance.
