Eligible Applicants

This program is open to students doing their undergraduate studies and for those who have recently finished their undergraduate degree within the past 2 years. This position is ideally suited to those with little or no work experience.

Training

Upon joining the firm, you will receive formal training followed by division-specific or department-specific training. You will also receive ongoing training, based on your specific skill needs and interests, to bolster your development. However, the bulk of your learning will be from working on real projects almost instantaneously from the moment you join.

Feedback

Junior Associate Interns are formally evaluated as part of the firm's annual Performance Review Process, which includes a self-assessment as well as input from peers, managers, and internal business partners.

As a new Associate Intern, you will be an integral part of our business. Qualifications for the Undergraduate Interns:

  • Must be in an undergraduate program or¬†have graduated recently within a maximum of 2 years prior to applying
  • Must have good communication and written skills in both English and Indonesian
  • Relevant work experience is preferred but not required
  • Must possess a satisfactory academic record (minimum of 3.2/4.0 GPA)
    * For international applicants: Must be eligible to work in the country without sponsorship

Qualifications for the Graduate Interns:

  • Must be in a graduate program¬†or have graduated recently within a maximum of 2 years prior to applying
  • Must have good communication and written skills in both English and Indonesian
  • Relevant work experience is preferred but not required
